Funky Bhangra restaurant opened in Pósthús Mathöll in downtown Reykjavík in the fall of 2023. Funky Bhangra Express opened in the spring of 2025 at Gnoðavogur 44, where people can grab food to take home or dine in.

The place is Yesmine Olsson's brainchild and long-awaited dream. In her cooking, she mixes Indian spices with Scandinavian traditions. The result is unconventional, exotic, but above all, tempting food! Funky Bhangra serves beautiful, tasty food and drinks to match.
